Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:
Same-Day Cancellations:
If you need to cancel due to illness, no cancellation fee will be charged.
For same-day cancellations not related to illness, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals:
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, it may be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation fee may apply.
